The FabLab is a makerspace that embodies the whole first floor of the UTA Library. When COVID-19 hit, the FabLab followed safety guidelines while still providing quality service to all learners. With the world transitioning to online, it was essential to create digital teaching materials that FabLab employees can use during virtual consultations. The document was designed to be interactive so it can have a quick and clear flow. Big color-coded buttons were positioned to guide and to help understand the visuals and copy.
This is an inclusive design that kept those with color blindness in mind, so that navigation is still effortless and understandable for everyone.
